Information we receive
LeaCall may receive information you provide through the website, scheduling flow, sales conversations, support requests, and the services configured for your organization. The exact service data depends on the customer workflow and agreement.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the service, operate configured workflows, maintain security, meet contractual obligations, and comply with law.
Service providers and transfers
LeaCall may use service providers to operate website, communications, scheduling, infrastructure, and product functions. A current list of relevant subprocessors, locations, and transfer mechanisms should be requested for an active evaluation or customer agreement.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on the type of information, customer configuration, contract, and legal requirements. To request access, correction, deletion, or current privacy materials, email hello@leacall.com.
